WRITER'S COMMENTS:
I wrote "Truck Stop" because I felt the need to. The world
has become such a subjective place, inured to the point that
even goodness is ignored or becomes an oddity; something
to comment about, maybe laugh about, and then, go about
our usual business again. Our values have evolved to the
point that no brutality is evil enough to shatter our ennui.
No goodness is good enough to make a difference in our
kaleidoscopic existence.
"Truck Stop" deals with goodness, in the form of a man,
who changes the lives of those around him. But in the end,
all reverts to business as usual, where goodness is des-
troyed and denied. Sadly, it has always been, and will
always be this way...unless we change. Unless we commit
to becoming ..."the seed, that if planted, can lead to a
better world."
